Because I’m a total dork and I never answer my phone from calls I don’t recognize or listen to my voicemail messages,

I just nowheard a voicemail message from the “Module P Clinic” from Ottawa Hospital, and they wanted to squeeze me in to come in and see them on Thursday–two days ago!

Obviously, being in Los Angeles, coming in for a doctor’s appointment in 24 hours in Ottawa, Canada is not exactly very feasible, but the woman seemed excited to talk with me–

And guess what?

The referral came from Dr. Kyrillos–the doctor I saw at the Walmart medical clinic last summer.

I’m very excited to talk with them, because they would probably know the process for getting IVIG in Canada. If I could find a way to get IVIG on a regular basis, that would definitely be a game changer…that’s a hard deal to turn down…

Maybe I could actually live a normal life (?)

I can’t wait to call them on Monday morning–I’m so bummed I missed their call! Hopefully, they’ll find a way to squeeze me in, maybe the end of January or early February–
