My urine looks great

I’ve been having a lot of problems with abnormal urine samples over the past few years (including a positive urine culture recently at the end of April), and *finally* after ten days in the hospital my urine now looks good.

It doesn’t smell funny, it doesn’t look funny. I don’t even need the lab to tell me. What a relief.

None of my bladder/urine problems are what brought me into the hospital, but it’s nice to have them under control as well. Ten days being pumped full of antibiotics on a regular schedule (they don’t mess around here–they make sure we take them as directed), have definitely helped my body. It’s nice to see this problem going away too.

I know I’m going to be battling my other symptoms for awhile, but I feel like my urine is a sign that I’m on the right track 🙂

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
