Next up for David: TLR Function Assay

Dr. Puck’s office recommended this test for David, so I’m going to take him and do it. I just have to figure out how to get it done…nothing is ever easy.

When I called the lab directly, they said I have to find a lab here in Los Angeles that has a relationship with them, and then have the lab here draw David’s blood so it can be shipped to them in Utah.

The most confusing part, is that I’m not sure if we’ve done this test or not…because of my limited understanding of medicine, I get confused on what immunological tests we’ve had…let alone trying to figure out what they mean…

It’s a full time job being sick..

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
