A *Gross* Photo. (What came out of my nose.)

This is a gross picture. But I’m realizing if I’m trying to do a better job of documenting my medical events, then I should probably get over the ‘gross factor’, since let’s face it–it’s all gross for we the normal people.

(I was glancing through this blog last night, and I realized there’s stuff that’s happened over the last two years that I didn’t write down here, so I decided from now on I need to do better about documenting it, otherwise what’s the point?)

So, my sinus pressure is really bad. It got better when I was on my IV antibiotics for a few days, but I’m running out of supplies and I don’t know where I can get more IV antibiotics here in Canada. They don’t even like to give out oral antibiotics.

David’s sinus infection he had a couple of days ago got under control when I doubled his daily antibiotic, which was a relief. His doctors in Los Angeles have done in the past, and thankfully it worked this time as well.

I’m starting to wonder if David and I are just giving things back and forth to each other…or, if he’s getting it from school, then bringing it home to me. That’s probably more likely the order of events. 🙂

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
