Patient Survey after my MRI

Just like at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, the Ottawa hospital MRI department even had a survey for patients to fill out, though it was kind of tucked away. I decided to stop and fill it out, because I know important it is to speak up with things go well–everyone likes to complain–it’s important to speak up when things go well, too. 🙂

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
