David and I were just getting out of the cab for his appointment at UCSF with his immunologist, Dr. Jennifer Puck. This is important because she is a top pediatric immunologist in the country, and she is interested in our case. It’s been too long since we’ve last seen her, because we’ve been in Canada.

Just as we’re getting out of the cab to walk in the door,

came onto the radio.
