Severe menstrual cramps

I’m having severe menstrual cramps…when I mean severe, I mean the pain is so bad I’m considering going to the ER.

I think this strange swelling in my abdomen and the pain is related. I think there’s a cancer down there somewhere that we’ve missed. I’ve already been close to uterine and cervical cancer in the past.

There is something horribly wrong.

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
