Absolutely beautiful: MRI ceiling

When I went in to the room for MRI, I was really surprised to see how Cedars-Sinai replaced some of the ceiling tiles above the MRI machine, getting rid of the normal white plaster look, replacing the tiles with a beautifully lit blue sky…

It’s a small touch, but it really does help make the ‘MRI experience’ much more pleasant. I’ve never had a problem with claustrophobia, but I still appreciate the ambient decor — It’s relaxing, it’s beautiful,

it’s a reminder of a better place and time–

Now they just have to work on the hospital gowns and booties, and we’ll be all set 🙂

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
