Since I’ve been sick this week, I’ve been experimenting with new smoothie recipes, so I won’t be bringing the same one to the office all the time ๐
This one:
* banana
* frozen strawberry
* frozen mango
* frozen spinach
* Greek yogurt
* raw honey
* grape seed oil
* coconut water (to blend together ๐
(No ice!)
Noah is my ultimate taste tester, cuz he’s really picky, and he likes the new one ๐
(Next week I want to experiment adding nuts, like almonds, into my smoothies, because then they’ll be even healthier ๐
