I’m trying to read this article about Complement stuff…I got about one page read and my brain started to freeze, kind of like an ice cream freeze but it’s a science freeze overload instead…
But then a light bulb went off–
A few years ago, I remember David Noah had a strange result to the ALPS study–the Cincinnati immunology lab came back saying it wasn’t a normal result, but he wasn’t positive for ALPS either.
When I looked more closely at the individual results inside the test, there were a bunch of math looking equations, and I remember the equations where there was a ‘C3’, Noah tended to be low on–
Now I’m wondering now if that ‘C3’ in those equations is the same ‘C3’ they’re talking about in these complement pathway articles…maybe that ALPS study was picking out on our complement deficiency–
