David in Doctor’s Offices

When my son David Noah grows up, I wonder how he’s going to look back on all of this…I’m hoping to teach him that medicine is a part of life, but it doesn’t have to be his entire life, and medicine definitely doesn’t define his identity.

A close collaboration with physicians is essential to David’s life, but there are many ways to enjoy the journey, no matter how bumpy the ride may be…

About hopeforanswers

Some kind of rare immune deficiency, yet to be determined. A lifetime of infections without an elevated white cell blood or fever. Very grateful to be alive, very thankful for the friends who’ve supported me and for access to literally millions of dollars worth of medical care. I’m not the bubble child, I’m somewhere in between.
