As if right on cue, I had a bowel movement 20 minutes after you left :)

So I vomited violently right before you walked in, then twenty minutes after you left I had an explosion of poo into the toilet too.

My back pain is still very bad, and I’m still having lots of weird air spots and bubbles throughout my belly,

But I’m happy I had that poo 😜😍👍.
