Me and the waterless shampoo cap today at Cedars-Sinai

This is me today at Cedars, getting a very nice ‘shampoo massage’ by the CP (I’ve been in so much pain the last few days, she wanted to give my a little head massage, and she used some kind of ‘water-free’ shampoo cap.

The verdict on the water-free shampoo? Get your lazy ass into the shower and use normal shampoo. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is 🤡.
