What do you think of this white spot near my port?

What do you think of this white spot near my port? I’ve noticed it there before. It doesn’t hurt. I’m not sure when I got it, but it’s been there at least a few weeks. (I just want to make sure it’s not an infection.)

(The red is just tape allergy…I have a slight allergy to the tape. It doesn’t bother me, so I don’t really care about it 🙂
